| Appointment Selection |

The Go China Summit Appointment Selection Process
The Go China Summit appointment process will open on September 30th, 2010. You may log in using the username and password you selected when you created your profile. If you don’t remember your password, click here and the system will automatically send the information to you.
For those of you with two or more registrations for one company: Unless you are representing different companies, you will need to split up the list of the companies you would like to select appointments with, otherwise your representatives may inadvertently schedule multiple meetings with the same company.
Appointment Selections are Due October 15, 2010.
To begin the selection process, go to http://www.gochinasummit.com. Click the “Appointment Selection” link located in the red header. Once you have logged in, select the option to “view profiles.” This page will allow you to begin the ranking process.
Ranking Process:
• In the box to the right of each company, type in a ranking number for those with whom
you would like to request an appointment.
• Rank only the companies that you are requesting to have an appointment with (we
suggest you select at least 60 companies).
• Use the number 1 for the company you most want an appointment with, the number 2 for
your second priority, and so on. You are ranking your selections in order of importance to you.
• Do not use the same number twice - only one company can be ranked by the number 1.
• If you choose two delegates from the same company, you might get two appointments with the same company. If you only want one meeting with the company it is best to choose one of the representatives, not both.
