As one of the overseas offices of the China National Tourism Administration (CNTA), at 2010 the China National Tourist Office (CNTO) has operated in Sydney, Australia for 24 years. During the 24 years operation, CNTO Sydney has successfully developed and promoted all aspects of tourism to China and educated both the general public and the travel industry about China within Australia and New Zealand. China Eastern Airlines Australia Shanghai route has started operation since September 1996, and China Eastern Airlines office has opened for more than 15 years in Sydney and 7 years in Melbourne.

 

 

What we do?

China Eastern Airlines is operating 5 flights a week from Sydney and 4 flights a week from Melbourne to Shanghai. From beginning of November 2010, daily flight will start operating both from Sydney and Melbourne to Shanghai.

Various fruits and snacks are provided, as well as timely flight information updates.

Advantages when flying with China Eastern Airlines

It can also arrange 48 hours transit without a Visa for Australian and New Zealand passport holders who are holding connecting international flight tickets.

For same day connecting flights when outbound, baggage can be checked-in through to destination and two boarding passes will be printed out upon check in at Sydney and Melbourne airport.

Free stop over at Shanghai on both ways is permitted.

One night free accommodation at Shanghai will be provided if no same day connecting flight.
